A film about Michelle, who, after a car accident, wakes up in an underground bunker with a survivalist named Howard. He claims that a chemical attack has made the outside world uninhabitable, trapping her and a third man, Emmett. Michelle must then determine if Howard is her savior or captor as she tries to escape the confined space and the unknown dangers outside.
