What kind of virtual assistant services do you offer?

If you’re not sure, that’s completely fine. Most clients come to the free call with a rough idea of what they need, and we confirm the best option together. I’ll never push a larger package if a smaller one fits.

Are your prices fixed or can they change?

The prices listed give you a clear expectation of cost. Once you purchase your package, the prices never changes except with the annual increase, which is 10%. 

What happens if my task takes less or more time than expected?

For hourly packages, you only use the time needed. If something looks like it may take a bit longer, I’ll let you know first so you can decide how to proceed.

Do you track and share time spent?

Yes. Time is tracked accurately with Clockify, and you’ll always know where your hours are going as I send time sheets monthly. No vague billing or guessing.

Can I start with a smaller package and upgrade later?

Absolutely. Many clients switch between packages based on where their business is at, a the time. 

What if I only need help once?

That’s completely fine. One-off projects are welcome, the hourly package suit once off projects fine and there’s no expectation to continue unless it makes sense for you.

Do unused hours roll over?

Only with the hourly package. 

What types of businesses do you work with?

I work with coaches, consultants, service providers, and online business owners — especially those who value organised systems and clear communication.

What tools and systems do you support?

You can find all the software, apps and programs I’m already familiar with in my digital toolkit. If you use something else, just ask — I adapt quickly to new software.

Will I need to train you?

No. I take time to understand your business, workflows, and tools. If there’s something specific or unique, I’ll ask the right questions upfront to avoid back-and-forth later.

How do we communicate?

Communication is kept simple and efficient — typically via WhatsApp or email, or your preferred platform, it’s up to you. We’ll agree on what works best for you.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. All client data, systems, and information are handled professionally and discreetly. If you feel more comfortable to sign your NDA, I’m happy to do so.

What if I need something urgent?

Urgent or time-sensitive tasks can be handled, subject to availability. This is always discussed in advance.

What if I’m not sure what I need yet?

That’s more common than you think. The free call is designed to help clarify priorities and identify where support will make the biggest difference.

Why do you list prices instead of asking people to enquire?

Because many business owners prefer to understand the investment upfront before booking a call. This way, you can decide if it feels right for your business from the start.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No long contracts. Monthly support continues only as long as it’s useful for you. I do require a month’s notice though.
