I check for tasks each morning and I do them as soon as I see them. With the time zone difference, tasks are usually done by the time you wake up in the morning.

I have multiple ways of contact, Email, Messenger, Slack, Whatsapp, Google Chat and more. It depends on what you are more comfortable with.

How do you track time and manage tasks to ensure deadlines are met?

For the Standard or Retainer  packages, I send invoices from Clockify on the 25th monthly, and include a time sheet report from the previous month.

Are there any additional fees or setup costs?

The only additional fee, is the 8% added to invoices if you choose to pay via Paypal. No other fees!

I use Bitwarden Password vault to ensure all logins are kept secret. I also check and update my computer firewall and security biweekly. For confidentiality, NDA’s are a must.
