666 Park Avenue Series

Plot Summary

Jane Van Veen and Henry Martin, a young couple who move to New York City seeking a fresh start and greater opportunities. They are offered the chance to manage The Drake, a historic and luxurious apartment building on Park Avenue. While the position seems like a dream, the building quickly reveals itself to be far more sinister than it appears. The Drake is owned by Gavin Doran, a charming yet deeply mysterious man who exerts an unsettling level of control over the building and its residents. Alongside his elegant and enigmatic wife Olivia, Gavin maintains an atmosphere of secrecy, where every tenant seems to harbor hidden desires or dark pasts.

As Jane and Henry settle into their roles, they begin to notice strange occurrences that defy logic—objects move on their own, whispers echo through empty halls, and residents behave in increasingly disturbing ways. It soon becomes clear that The Drake is a place where deals are made, but always at a cost. Gavin possesses supernatural abilities that allow him to grant people their deepest wishes—whether it be love, success, revenge, or power—but these bargains inevitably lead to devastating consequences. Each resident’s story unfolds as a cautionary tale, showing how ambition and desperation can be manipulated. Jane, more perceptive than Henry, becomes increasingly aware of the building’s dark influence.

She begins to investigate its history, uncovering a pattern of tragedy, disappearance, and corruption tied to Gavin’s long-standing presence. Henry, meanwhile, becomes distracted by his own political ambitions, making him more vulnerable to Gavin’s subtle manipulations. As the couple grows entangled in the building’s secrets, they realize that escaping may not be possible. The Drake itself seems alive, feeding off the choices and weaknesses of its residents. Relationships are tested, trust erodes, and the line between reality and illusion becomes blurred. The series builds a tense, eerie narrative where every decision carries weight, and every desire has consequences.
